Some of our Services may require you to create an account or connect a digital wallet. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

- Infringe upon the rights of others

10. Termination of Service
In our sole discretion, services my be terminted with 30 days written notice to the user. The user may terminate any agreement with the Wardens with 30 days written notice. Pro rated refunds may be given under the fee schedule as set out in applicable Schedules.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be interpreted and resolved in the United Kingdom.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
